You have questions, we have answers.

What is included in my membership?

Your membership includes a dedicated account manager and a dedicated designer. Each will work to provide you with nearly any graphic image you request including: menus, flyers, posters, screens, social media post designs, email designs and more.

What is NOT included in my membership?

In order to keep a low flat rate, we have to draw the line somewhere. Website design is not included in the monthly membership. If you are looking for a website design, you can contact us for a quote.

Prints are not included in the monthly service fee but are available at an added cost.

Stock imagery that needs to be purchased will also be billed to the client. We expect you to provide images if you need specific ones, if not we will pull images from our image bank or stock membership site but if you need something we don’t have you will need to purchase it and provide it.

We do not post to social media for you but we provide you with any graphic you need in any sized media you want so just let us know where you would like to post it and we will make sure it is properly sized for you.

In person meetings are not included in our rate so that we may use all of our hours on design and keep our rates ultra-low.

Where are you located?

We are located in San Diego, Cardiff-by-the-Sea to be exact.

How do I get started?

Choose your pricing option and input all of the required information including submitting your high resolution logo. Acceptable file types are .ai .eps .pdf or a transparent .png.Once you have signed up, your account manager will contact you with any questions about your establishment and branding. As soon as you sign up you can start submitting design requests.

How long does it take to get a design request back?

Depending on the scale of the request, we try to get your proofs in 2-3 business days. If you have a need for an immediate turnaround or have a deadline you need to meet, please let your account manager know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What if I have a hundred requests in a month?

A hundred might be a little high…but you are welcome to submit your requests and we will put them in our pipeline. Just keep in mind that we are human and that your requests will be completed in the order they are received.

Is there a minimum commitment for the monthly option?

Yes, the monthly plan requires a three month minimum commitment.

What if I don’t have a logo or the correct file type?

We can re-create the correct file for you or create a brand new logo for you, just let us know.

When will my print materials arrive?

Depending on your location, your printed materials will arrive about a  week after the design is finalized.
