What is included in my membership?

Your membership includes a dedicated account manager and a dedicated designer. Each will work to provide you with nearly any graphic image you request including: menus, flyers, posters, screens, social media post designs, email designs and more.

What is NOT included in my membership?

In order to keep a low flat rate, we have to draw the line somewhere. So full web designs are not included. If you are on the web membership though, we will maintain your current site for you as well as update it will small changes that you need. If you do in fact need a full new website, contact us for a quote and we will be happy to make one for you.

Also not included is a full brand identity package. We believe strongly that your brand needs to be created in depth and if you want to talk with us more about that, just ask for a quote or shoot us an email to discuss.

Prints are not included in the monthly service fee but are available at an added cost. Stock imagery that needs to be purchased will also be billed to the client. Hosting and domain purchases are also not included.

In person meetings are not included in our rate so that we may use all of our hours on design and keep our rates ultra-low.

Where are you located?

We are located in San Diego, Cardiff-by-the-Sea to be exact.

How do I get started?

Choose your pricing option and input all of the required information including submitting your high resolution logo. Acceptable file types are .ai .eps .pdf or a transparent .png. Once you have signed up, a dedicated account manager will contact you with any questions about your establishment. As soon as you sign up you can start submitting design requests to either your dedicated manager or to design@cheaprestaurantgraphics.com.

How long does it take to get a design request back?

Depending on the scale of the request, we try to get your proofs in 2-3 business days. If you have a need for an immediate turnaround or have a deadline you need to meet, please let your account manager know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What if I have a hundred requests in a month?

A hundred might be a little high…but you are welcome to submit your requests and we will put them in our pipeline. Just keep in mind that we are human and that your requests will be completed in the order they are received.

Is there a minimum commitment for the monthly option?

Yes, the monthly plan requires a three month minimum commitment.

Can I get a brand new website with the web & graphic design package?

No. A full website design is much more labor intensive and will require more time than we can allot for with a basic flat rate package. If you have an existing wordpress or html website and have all of the login information for the site, we can do all of your monthly website maintenance and updating under the web & design package as well as any changes you need to things like online menus/pricing/image updates/specials/etc. If you would like a brand new website designed, we can definitely help you out with that at an additional cost. Just ask your dedicated account manager for a quote.

What if I don’t have a logo or the correct file type?

We can create the correct file for you or create a brand new logo for you, just let us know.

When will my print materials arrive?

Depending on your location, your printed materials will arrive about a  week after the design is finalized.
